Winona County Jail Facility
The only detention facility in the county facility map is WCDC. It is a secure coed county jail licensed under Minnesota Rules chapter 2911. Winona County Work Release Records
The official work release page says Huber/work release privileges require a court order, good standing with the jail, and compliance with jail policy.
