Information You Submit
Search Terms
When a name, location, or other search term is entered into a search tool, that query may be sent to the third-party provider that powers the tool. Winona County Inmate Population does not keep a separate local log of those search terms on its own server.
Messages
If a visitor sends an email or contact message, the message and reply details may be kept long enough to respond and manage the request. Those messages are not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law, court order, or a valid government demand.
Automatic Site Data
Basic technical data may be collected when pages load. This helps keep the site working, diagnose problems, and understand general use patterns.

Cookies
Cookies and similar tools may be used to measure site use, support advertising, and keep basic features functioning. Browser settings can block or delete cookies, although some search, ad, or analytics features may work differently after cookies are limited.
